Responsibilities Include:

Answering technical calls related to our products.

Provide website chat, telephone and email support to customers, including troubleshooting and analysis of data to recommend solutions to problems.

Testing and troubleshooting of products.

Providing technical support to other internal departments when needed.
Experience:
Experience working in a similar manufacturing environment and knowledge in
electronics background would be an advantage.
Experience in a technical customer support role.
Desired Criteria:
IT enthusiast or prior background in an IT role.
Full training provided.
