Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering technical calls related to our products.

  • Provide website chat, telephone and email support to customers, including troubleshooting and analysis of data to recommend solutions to problems.

  • Testing and troubleshooting of products.

  • Providing technical support to other internal departments when needed.



Experience working in a similar manufacturing environment and knowledge in
electronics background would be an advantage.
Experience in a technical customer support role.

Desired Criteria:
IT enthusiast or prior background in an IT role.
Full training provided.
