AES Christmas Holiday Arrangements – What You Need to Know!

As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure all our customers are fully informed about our Christmas schedule, shipping deadlines, and support availability. Please take a moment to review the key dates below so you can plan your orders and support needs accordingly.

Shipping Deadlines

• 17th December – Last day to guarantee delivery before Christmas using standard shipping. If you need your products in time for the holidays, please ensure your order is placed before this date.

• 22nd December – Final day for urgent orders. These orders will be delivered after Christmas, so keep this in mind if you require equipment for early January.

  
  

Office Hours Over Christmas

• 22nd December – Our office will close for the Christmas break at 5:00 PM.

• 29th, 30th & 31st December – We will offer limited technical support during these dates. While the office remains closed, essential assistance will still be available for urgent technical issues.

  
  

Reopening in the New Year

• Friday 2nd January – The office will reopen and resume normal operations. We look forward to kicking off another exciting year with you!
