Intended for traffic control and protection of those sensitive areas where a high level of perimeter security is needed. Designed on the basis of the ASTM F2656-07, PAS 68:2013, IWA 14-1 specifications.

OIL-HYDRAULIC

Hydraulic locking device in standing position (standard) and emergency manual lowering by a release spanner supplied with the equipment. Burglar-proof cover plate preventing the release system from being accessed and thus the bollard from being lowered.

STRONG

Scratch-proof cataphoresis treated and polyester powder coated steel rising cylinder. Available also with an AISI 304 stainless steel cover sleeve, thickness 12/10. Breakout resistance: 700,000 J.
Connector and junction box IP 66 for cabling. Hall effect limit switch sensors, cylinder head with rubber edge and incorporated LED lights.

VERSATILE

A vast range of command and safety accessories allow for reliable and precise control of the installations. Beeper to signal the movements. Heating device for installations in very low temperature conditions -40 °F where snow and ice are frequent. The electronic control unit can be set so that it can manage several bollards at a time.

Fully Retractable High-Security Automatic Bollard

Fully retractable, heavy-duty automatic bollard featuring a self-contained hydraulic motor-pump unit integrated within the main structure and a hydraulic actuator housed inside the moving post.

Designed for the protection of sensitive sites requiring a high level of perimeter security. Engineered to withstand impact from a 15,000 lb vehicle traveling at 30 mph.

IP67 rated (dust-tight and protected against temporary immersion).

Above finished grade height: 32".

Construction

Moving post constructed from S355J2H high-strength structural steel, 1/2" wall thickness, and 10-3/4" outside diameter, treated with a cathodic electrocoating (e-coat) primer and finished with a polyester powder coat. Optional brushed AISI 304 stainless steel cover sleeve available.

Aluminum top cap with protective rubber edge and twelve (12) integrated amber LED lights. Includes a tamper-resistant e-coated aluminum cover plate. Both cap and cover plate are slip-resistant and traffic-rated.

Moving post fitted with an approved high-intensity microprismatic retroreflective band (3" height).

Hot-dip galvanized steel in-ground foundation casing.

Includes a triangular-socket release wrench for emergency manual lowering.
